The company embraces, and indeed embodies, the design/build/maintain philosophy. In fact, Thayer Corporation is one of the few Maine members of the Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA). A single source to design a mechanical, plumbing or refrigeration solution, build and install that system and then maintain it with a customized maintenance program sets Thayer apart from it’s "plan and spec" contemporaries. A true value proposition, Thayer will ensure all factors and variables are considered in the design and installation of our systems and the components used are of the highest quality. We are NOT vendor driven. The benefit to our customers is a system that performs as promised. Period. No excuses; no finger pointing.
