The Service Supervisor provides technical support and job site leadership and management to assure a competent, highly qualified work force redeems customer commitments in a professional, high quality and timely manner.
Functions:
• Customer relations in expediting resolution of problems and issues
• Thorough knowledge of mechanical systems to expedite problem resolution
• Ability to follow procedures for maintenance agreement start-up and tracking
• Management of field quality control program
• Managing on call schedule
• Technical back up and support
• Involvement in performance rating of service technicians
• Survey and technical support for maintenance sales reps
• Recruitment and mentoring of service technicians
• Handling customer disputes
• Assisting in managing field safety
Minimum Qualifications:
• Associates degree is required. Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum 10 years field experience. Supervisory experience is preferred.
• High level of technical competence with problem solving abilities
• Computer skills for troubleshooting and contract administration
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities
• Customer service knowledge and experience
